Play and Creative Therapy is a child led therapy which allows children and young people to express themselves through a medium which they choose. When a young person is struggling socially and emotionally creativity and play can be a natural language giving them the power to express themselves more comfortably.
Our sessions provide a safe space to allow for conscious and unconscious issues to be raised. It enables children and young people who are struggling socially and emotionally to gain support in a child led environment. The therapy provides a space for young people to process and work through their emotions in a fully accessible manner. It can support those struggling with trauma, life experiences as well as those having friendship struggles or issues like anxiety.
